Falcon Parc Apartments new managment staff is horrible. They are unprofessional, and very sarcastic when you call with a problem. They have made some changes that were good, but all the bad things outweigh the few good changes. It is next to impossile to get maintenance to come out to fix things, you have to call several times before things are resolved. I would not recommend, and have discouraged many from moving here. I stuck in a lease for a little while longer and that's it for me.

Well I've only been here for 4 months, but I've loved this place ever since I moved in. Its true that management has changed too many times to count, but anything we've asked for they've done. Not that we've had to ask for too many things. Everything was bran new when we moved in and maybe occationally the children will get a little loud by the pool but majority of the time its very quiet there. Ture I have only been here for 4 months, but I dont reconginze the place you guys are talking about... it can't possible be the Falcon Parc I live in
