the fans they are installing are for very high radon levels. They say they are for air quality hahaha. The levels are way above federal limits.the fans bring in hot air so your a/c will run continously.and you pay the electric to run them.RADON IS THE NUMBER 2 CAUSE OF CANCER.if you start shaking and get nervous twitchs good luck.

And how is it that you know the levels of radon? Did you pay to have the apartment tested? If so, what are the acceptable levels and what are the levels in Falcon Parc/The Legends. I am curious, as I am thinking of moving in. I was once a realtor, so I am familiar with radon gas and it's concequences.

all the communities they build have high levels, where ever they bought the building matrials from was soaked with in from south florida,The county inspectors found it when a resident who had a newborn investgate,,For acceptable levels, look up,,,How did this person know about this? They where an employee,,duhhh,They heard everything from inspectors,,apartment community build by first owners has the same issues of course, that one is off 418 and curry ford,,Of course they did not tell any residents about the high radon levels,,The new ownes are out right money hungry,,they dont care about anyone..I would not rent or live here..even with the new vents to push at radon gas,,How can you really be sure your safe?I know a few tentans broke there leases b/c of this,,They are keeping it hush hush,,How are you suppose to know how much and how long explosure is safe?I would not take a chance..

And they aren't required to tell tenants? I don't remember hearing anything about this! This is sick!
