There were numerous rapes and robberies since we have been at Falcon Parc. Management wouldn't help our neighbor who was locked out of her apartment by her 2 year-old, all while the 7 month old baby was inside the apartment. Grounds are always dirty. Abandoned cars and boats in the parking lot. The ladies at the leasing office will promise you the world verbally and then stab you in the back. The manager's son is a clear reflection of his mother. This young little kid rides his bike around the grounds telling residents that his mother allows him to say the word "sh_t". The buildings leak water from lite rain fall. Landscaping is subpar. I am currently a commercial property manager so I know all about the standards. Current management is about as bad as the last group. Run and hide before these people get your personal information.

This is all accurate in my experience as well. Falcon Parc is horrible.

Funny you should say that, we cannot stand her kid either!!! He runs around day and night screaming and making noise!

I lol about her son. In the middle of trying to resolve an issue she stopped to resolve some issues with her kids calling from the school. She is a bit of a bitter woman.
