i cannot believe how much i pay to live here for the level of service i get. i have never been made to feel like such an inconvenience as i have here. i thought tenants were the whole reason for the staff to be here. guess i was wrong.

I disagree - the current staff has been nothing but helpful to myself and my family. Our lease expired and we asked to transfer to another apt. They were courteous, helpful and gave us another GREAT apartment.

as i have suggested to everyone else if you still live here go meet the new staff and manager, i know you will be as happy as i am with the changes.

The office staff are charming but incompetent and do not take ownership of a single problem the tenants have. That is simply the situation here!
