Where the heck have some of these people been living or what have they been up to. I have been living in this community since the time it was built - Around 2 years ago. I'm getting ready to renew for the 3rd time. Where else can you live where there was NO RENT INCREASE and I'M GETTING A FREE FLAT SCREEN TV compliments of the managment.

I love living at Falcon Parc - maintenance is great and always responds when I need something fixed. I love hanging out by the pool on a hot day. My kids enjoy the playground and the movie nights that the staff puts together. The neighborhood is always clean and beautiful. The fact that I can walk up to the grocery store, restaurant, bank, and hair salon is awesome. I can't wait until the new plaza is opened. I feel like I live at a resort.

The new staff has been great. Every time I pay my rent they give me a new a/c filter and they are always smiling and pleasant. I've got to wonder about those that have placed negative ratings - maybe they don't pay rent on time or damaged their apartments and had to pay.

HMMM...this response probably came from management. If not tell me, is the complimentary TV because water damage ruined your old one like it did my computer?

I pay my rent on time (actually early) every single month for the past two years yet I continue to have nothing but problems here. The flat screen promotion was complete BS---I renewed my lease (1) month before they gave them out yet they REFUSED to give one to me!!!!! They are hurting so bad for rent they need to offer a free flat screen and up to 2 months of rent for free. THEY HAVE INCREASED rent!!!! During the first year of my lease internet/cable WAS included for my rent ($1330)---During the second year I have stayed here internet/cable WAS NOT included yet my rent did not decrease in price--still $1330/month (the package they provided costs $90 per month (if you wanted to know)

Ditto, pay rent on time and everything. We were model tenants. Even so, the took us when we moved out and slandered me personally when I made a report to the BBB. They even said, "maybe if she paid her rent on time." She said this in reference to a check they lost. My bank called them to confirm the check was sent (they pay my bills each month automatically.) When I came into the office to make a complaint about the three day notice on my door, they actually said, "Why are you questioning us? Why aren't you questioning your bank." Probably, because this was the 5th thing they lost! (packages from UPS, applications, items in their lost and found that mysteriously turned up later. Yeah, it was probably my bank. They did give me a free pizza in the end, which was nice. But I guess they are now saying it's my fault....
