Anyone thinking of renting at this community should take into consideration there are considerably more negative reviews than positive ones. The last one in particular sounds like a brochure. I would guess it was written by the management office. Which is pathetic, much like Falcon Parc. If you do choose to rent here, lower your expectations and you may not be disappointed. In addition, you may want to contact the local police department regarding crime within the development.
