We basically ended up at these apartments by default b/c they had a vacancy and they allowed large dogs. The apartment was ok, and I felt safe, but they are by no means luxury apartments. The interior features are very cheap and within 6 months of living there both toilet paper holders pulled out from the wall, the shower curtain rod broke, a closet door came off the hinges, two blinds broke, and our heater went out. The carpet was also poorly installed and you could tell it was not completely padded underneath. The breeze-ways were rarely kept up by maintenance and there were always a ton of spiders in them. To their credit they did power-wash it once in our year there, and the water flooded the entry way of our apartment. *REVISED* They will gouge you after final inspection. See July 25th Review.

I can verify the spiders / bugs in the breeze way are BAD. Since the complex has never taken care of this issue and there are ALWAYS spiders in your door frame when you come home at night or leave in the morning you are forced to have to deal with it (Spider Spray...$12.99/can @ Home Depot). When you complain to the complex, they never do anything about it. It would be nice if they came and pressure washed the breezeway more often than they have, but after they flooded my place too AND stained the carpet from the water and dirt they blew in, I notifed them about it, they said it would not affect my move-out and that they would note it on my record (let's pray that I don't have that come back to haunt me when I move, since I took their word at the time).
