I just moved here from another apartment complex over in east Orlando and I love it here. My apartment was very clean when i moved in and looked almost brand new. I believe i lucked out though and the tenants that were here before just trashed it so i got lucky with all brand new everything. I had no problems with the staff in the office and everything went very smoothly. I also enjoy that the apartment is so close to everything. I can walk or drive 5 minutes to Publix, Walgreens, Subway, restaurants and the bank. Everything is just so convient and I don't have to battle Orlando traffic. I also enjoy being so close to 528 because it is also such a close drive for me to school and Tourist Orlando. Everytime I have been to the pool it has been clean and the gym is also well maintained. I love how I can walk to mostly everything! There is a little noise but i guess thats what you get when you live by the pool and tennis courts but I dont mind it. I love seeing families walking around rather than college kids and going to my apartment i pass three other buildings with a cop, sherriff and trooper living there. This place is a dream compaired to my last apartment...and yes I am actually a tenant.

Really? Please update your post after living here a while. I'd be curisou to know what happens if you need a repair or any assistance from the office.

ok i have lived here now for 5 months and i still have no problems. We had some ants but i just put out some traps and i now have no more. I put it a request to have my air condidtioning fixed and two days later the maintenence guy showed up and fixed it. My air filter also needed to be replaced and i went down to the office and asked for a new one and got it. i still have had no problems. I guess lets just see what happens when im going to move out.
