In my previous review I said I would recommend this complex to a friend. Honestly, I really didn't have any serious complaints before this issue. I was more than willing to recommend this complex to freinds and co-workers, and I did on a number of occasions. That was before I received a large bill instead of my deposit. When I moved in I paid a $200.00 deposit plus a $500.00 pet deposit. We lived in the unit 10 months before we bought our home and they claim the carpet needs to be replaced. Yes the carpet needed to be cleaned but not replaced. There were no holes, just normal traffic stains. There weren't any major stains. They are charging me close to $900.00 to replace the carpet. They also charged me $6.50 for a cd for picture storage. This is completely a joke. This complex is hurting for tenants and they are gouging their ex-tenants. STAY AWAY.

We lost our entire deposit (inc. pet deposit) as well. I cleaned the carpet (rented a steamer from Publix) and it looked good as new. There was a little damage on a wall, but that could easily be fixed by touch up paint. We didn't fight it -- we were just happy to be out!

They pulled the same BS on me. This is a terrible place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKS!
