Don't move into this apartment community. I have lived in this community for years and it is terrible. When I first moved in years ago, I felt safe. However, the safety of this community has deminished greatly. The lighting in the parking areas and on the buildings are repeatedly burned out. I have asked to have the lighting fixed and they told me it wasn't something they could do. Also, I had my car broken into and when I spoke to the office about they told me "we heard. Sorry for you luck." The least they could have done was to call me or speak to me asking if everything was ok just to recognize the severity of the issue.

The construction of the apartments are below par.

if you lived in a neighborhood would the hoa have called you to see if everything was ok? be realistic.

And just as a home owner in a community, the HOA probably would show some concern. In fact, when my car was broken into, the whole community came together to try and make the place safer and catch the crook. My neighbors were notified through the HOA!
