We moved in about 6 months ago and we love are apartment. The property is great and all the extras for the kids is a huge plus. We have become very friendly with the office staff and the maintenace team simply because they are always so eager to assist us. We are new to the Orlando area and they are familiar with the area and have made several great reccomendations in shopping, dinner and fun things to do. We bake them sweets often to show our appreciation and they are always so grateful. I read some of the things written on this site before moving in and I am very happy that we decided to take a chance. My husband and I are in the customer service industry and we are fully aware that people are more eager to complain than to recognize good service. Wait until you're ready to move out and they charge you $800 to replace your carpet.

Wait until you move out and they change you move out date! And take it out of your deposit and refer you to their lawyers to solve it. Very eager!!!
