True, true, true...
I've made numerous suggestions and comments to the management concerning most complaints in the other posts here, most to no avail. I have not had many noise complaints due to the fact that I picked the BEST apartment location in the building, a SW corner unit facing Rosalind that minimizes my contact with other units and neighbors. True there is road noise, but I used to live 2 miles from O'Hare so it doesn't even compare. I do have to say that the location is great and convienient to all downtown amenities, but in no way should excuse the drunken morons that have inhereted these domains. Oh, and by the way, I do not think this place should EVER allow dogs on premesis (see prior posts).
On another note, i wish i had the balls to buy a beat up 1988 Chevy Caprice so I could just blast the reckless fools who barrel through the parking structure, provide door dings to the BMWs, Mercedes, and Audis, and double park without fear of getting the dreaded window sticker or towed.
THE ONLY REASON I CHECKED YES I WOULD RECOMMEND IS IF YOU TOOK OVER MY ACTUAL UNIT! I wouldn't want any other one.
