I have lived at Lincoln @ Delaney for a year now. In that time i have had multiple flat tires from nails in the parking garage, electricity bills that range from $300 to $600 a month due to broken ac unit (eventually I was reimbursed for a portion of that amount after I came home from being on vacation to my electricity having been turned off for a week in the middle of a bill cycle because the bill was so high), my car towed from the garage (for parking in area close deemed to close to a no parking area) and at night the noise is so loud that I can hear my neighbors closing their kitchen drawers on one side, the toilet flushing on the other side and every step that the people above me make. The building is very attractive but the construction is cheap. The moldings are already starting to seperate from the walls, the moldings around the windows are coming apart, there is a bare spot in the carpet at the entry of my unit, there is absolutely no insallation between units and the ac system is the very worst set up I have ever seen. Considering that this property is located in central Florida and in theory is supposed to provide luxury upscale living, properly working AC is the very least one should expect. The majority of the tenants are great, professional people. However, there is a rather large % of loud, rude people as well. At the gym you can expect to have every TV turned on to "Yo MTV Raps" and at the pool area you can expect drunken lewd parties. The majority of the staff are nice enough. However, they are very inexperienced, unknowledgable and lack a great deal of professionalism. My summation is this - I would have loved this community in college- but it is too loud and unprofessional for this stage of my life (early thirties professional)
