I renewed my lease at Lincoln for no reason other than it's location/convenience to downtown. I am probably the only dog owner who cleans up after their pet. There is supposed to be a 40 lb. weight limit here, but I have seen residents walking two very large dogs and leave their "messes" INCHES from the waste bags and cans. These people are giving those of us who do clean up after our dogs bad reputations. They say they will fine anyone who doesn't clean up, but that's just another empty threat. They are very good at them! I heard the same thing about leaving trash bags outside of your door. My neighbor does it all the time! You're not supposed to have anything other than patio furniture and plants on your balconies, but several people have graced us with views of drying laundry, enormous flags, and objects you would normally store in a garage.
The office staff doesn't seem to be concerned with anything other than the building where the model apartment is. That elevator is always clean. Trash is never left outside of the apartments on that floor. The path they take "future residents" on is always clean and neat. Those of us whose apartments are not along that route are out of luck!
