I work for apartment ratings.com my name is Melissa you can reach me @mliner@ratings.com with any comments. I personally visited Lincoln at Delaney Square as well as several other downtown communitesto see if any of the comments you made requarding this properties amenities/models are true.Sorry anonymous but your dead wrong! There are only 2 models the 1/1 sparta & the 2/2 corinthia (I saw it with my own eyes)and NO NO NO there aren't granite kitchen tops or ceramic tile in the kitchen or bathrooms only in the foyer,so of course there most likely wouldn't be any of these things in your apartment.I also researched with the Orlando sheriffs department and found out that according to the the crime statistic log this is one of the safest community downtown. I suggest you do this by calling the non emergency line at 407-737-2400 before you slander the place you live.It's such a shame when such a nice place to live is overcome with picky and ignorant residents.Good luck Lincoln At Delaney Square office staff.It was wonderful meeting all of you.
