Hi Melissa,
I was the one who wrote to Apartmentratings.com "Not a Safe Place to Live". My apartment has been vacant for a few weeks and I am paying rent through the end of March. I would like to challenge you to stay in my apartment for one week and then review this apartment again. If you are up to the challenge then please contact me via e-mail with the address I provided to you previously (in an e-mail from my personal account). I think your rating will be somewhat altered after living at Lincoln at Delaney Square for just one week. Also, on January 27th at approximately 6:10 pm I was leaving the parking garage when I was passed (coming up the garage) by a Crime Scene Unit stretch van and two police cars. They were there on official business. I wouldn?t consider this safe, would you'
I decided to call the number you provided and the Sheriff?s Department cannot give information on downtown Orlando, only county statistics. I then called (407)246-2406, the Orlando Police Department Criminal Records Dept., who provides the correct information at $0.15 per page. Maybe you should actually call the numbers and do the research before providing information to others reading your review.
Also, I find it hard to believe you are actually an employee of apartmentratings.com. If you indeed are, then is it appropriate to address e-mails to "idiots"' I think that ruins your credibility from the beginning (not to mention the false telephone and crime information you provided). I am sure the office staff did treat you with respect, seeing as though they knew what company you were representing. Don?t you think that anyone writing in would NOT have chose to live at Lincoln at Delaney Square if we did not have a good first impression' Are you sure you work for Apartmentratings.com or are you in actuality a member of the office staff. Your ignorant e-mail and name-calling are just the type of thing I would expect from them.
