Delany is a very upscale community with a ton of ammenities!! The service is outstanding and the management staff is one of the best.....friendly, courteous, and helpful. I live in one of the Townhomes and love it!!! There is NO problem with safety issues here. You can only do things to deter criminals. No home, apt. community, or other types of residences are 100% criminal proof. Be realistic...a underground concrete bunker is not 100% criminal proof!! I would highly recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a nice upscale downtown living experience!!
