I have lived and this property for 1 year and will not be signing another year lease. The walls are paper thin and live on the west side of the building that abuts the a busy road. If the noise of traffic is not bad enough there is a hospital 1 mile south and the ambulances use this road to get on the interstate. The management are a bunch a liars and are full of empty promises. The leasing agent (Fancy term for stupid ----- who could not pass the real estate exam) told us we would recieve several gift certificates every month for a local grocery store, we did not receive them until we asked several times and several people. The garbage bin is 1500 feet away from are apartment and they told when we signed are lease they would have a valet service for are trash, after a few months we asked them when the valet service was going to start and they said they had a vote throughout the building and it was voted down. I never was offered a ballot and my room mate was did not know about the vote. I know multiple people in the complex and they did not know about the valet service and did not know about a vote. I have lived in three apartment complexes not including this one and this has been the worst. DO NOT RENT HERE

Just wanted to let this person know that I was taken back when I read this comment. I am a leasing agent for another company and consider myself to be an intelligent professional. I graduated from an prestigious university and can easily pass a real-estate exam. Think before you write comments like this next time
