I live at the lincoln; However I am not reviewing my lease beacuse you pay luxury prices for a property that runs like your average $700.00 comunity. The sad part is, most of what is wrong can be easily rectified, but either management does'nt take them seriously, or they are not accustomed to dealing with higher end clientele. Some ongoing issues:
1- Property is littered with cans, beer bottles etc. that sit for days on end before someone gets around to picking them up. Also, the hallways , which are very long and lead to the apartments, have not been cleaned or swept in months. This is quite embarrassing when company comes over.
2- Cleaning the pool means to them means throwing in more chemicals. There is debris sitting at the bottom of the pool and has been their for quite some time.
I am writing this in the hope that soemone from management does see this and take note. General maintenance on the property is a must and people paying in excess of a thousand dollars or more for a small apartment with poorly insulated wals should expect and receive more. At the present state, I do not recommend this community.

I would think that also speaks to the quality of residents living there. Is it really that hard to not litter in your complex and pick up after yourselves???
