I moved into these "so called" condos on 8/15/2008 and I have had nnothing but problems thus far.I should have known when i first came to apply and found the property manager dressed in shorts ,nappy hair and with her boyfriend blowing cigarette smoke in my face as we spoke about the apartment rentals.Anyway, the first I moved in the place was filthy, and just looked like no one even prepared the aprtment for me, like somone had moved out the day before! It has been nothing but problems from day one and ts been a few weeks and I still can't even take a sit doen bath in my own tub cause of the unfinished projects.I would NOT reccommend anyone to move here, and I will move as soon as my lease is up.Its not worth the discounted rent,cheaper aint always better!!! In this case you definately get what you pay for..

what was the problems, are you in one of the old units or one of the renovated units, we own one of the properties there. Please post response here
