Nice apartments-Neighbors are too loud-Fairly priced

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Apartments are nice not your typical layout.Grounds are nice,landsacaping is pretty,and pool is beautiful.Rent price is fair.We have lived here 2 years and are moving out next month.Complex recently bought by a new smaller company.They kept most of the maintence staff and they are friendly,good,and efficient.Though,the apartments are 25 years old stuff is starting to fall apart.Neighbors are loud and have no sympathy for others at all times of the night not unusual to hear noise 4 or 5 am.For a good price you have to trade other things I guess.Overall pretty good.
