Manangement Terrible, overpriced, condemed units

The first couple months were ok,but when Bayshore Managment took over the nightmare began. Equity was much more helpful, understanding, and even seemed to remember me after only a couple of visits. Now you cannot even hand in your rent, everyone must place it in the dropbox outside. Very impersonal, and it is nice to know it was recieved in someones hand. New people never know what is going on. Very unprofessional and do not always follow proper rental regulations when giving notices of any sort. Everything is posted in your doorjam, hopefully you notice it. After my lease expired, they changed the rate, as expected then changed it again! Then told me I owed back charges, and then told me to pay in three days or I was evicted!!! 3 day eviction notice, illegal!!! Was charged for a "lake view" unknowingly and this was really a little body of water like a stream connecting two ponds that was constantly covered in muck. Not sure why the mallards stick around. They cannot swim. Pool was closed for about 5 months without any notice or information about it. Clubhouse was closed for remodeling (even though some apts. were condenmed) for over 8 months. Neighbors have parking lot parties at all hours of day and night. Witnessed about 6 cop cars with guns drawn on apt. building next to mine. After being parked in for an hour they finally got the guy out and arrested him. Do not feel safe at all.
