unsafe and condemed apartments

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have to walk from my car around an unlit building to get to my apartment, very unsafe. Had to wait 8 months to get working blinds, 1 month to get a leaky facuet fixed (which ended up getting extremely moldy due to all the water. They never spray for roaches, have so many roaches here, I would have no problem going on the show fear factor
