I read the other comments and can say that the apartments do seem worn in areas however they are over 30 years old I think so I did not expect brand new plus my rent is awesome- next door and accross the street charges 200 more so I cant complain- The maintenance is really slow but they put out alot of notices telling us when they are down maintenance guys and to expect delays- I guess as far as I am concerned, the apartments are a great deal! At least for me.
