Mallard Cove at Conway formerly Habitat Apartments

For the price I pay for rent, I would expect friendlier staff. It is impossible to speak with the manager about problems with the apartment. Do not expect maintenance to respond to repairs right away. It took 4 months to respond to damage in my bedroom due to Hurricane charley. (even though I called the office numerous times).
Management sent notices to all tenants confirming dates when staff will be entering apartments for their "annual inspection". The day my apartment was set for inspection, I made sure I was home to let them in. Staff never showed up, so the next day I called the office and was told "oh, we decided to re-schedule inspections on all the apartments for a later day". That was approximately 2 months ago and we have not heard anything else about when this will take place.
There has been talk on property that Management has had an offer to turn the apartments into condo's. This would explain why the repairs to the apartments and landscaping is minimal.
During the last 3 months, I have seen MANY of the tenants moving out - but very few people moving in.
