Mallard Cove at Conway formerly Habitat Apartments

Many cars are being broken into. Too much activity is going on in the parkig lot - from people that don't rent here.
The management/employees for mallard cove are very unfriendly. You would never see any of them live there.
I have talked with many tenants who have had peoblems with their apartmnts - to have results unsatisfactory. When asked for the company name/phone number for Mallard cove, management refuses to give it to us.
my lease is up very soon, and i will be so relieved to get away from this night mare.

I just got suckered into paying more on my lease or 'else'. I cannot wait to move out.

Just FYI - I happen to know that at least three employees live here, and they have issues as well. Sometimes, you just have to deal with stuff, smile and nod, and do the best you can with what you have.
