I used to think it was worth it

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I used to think this place was ok. I thought oh the rent isn't to bad so i can deal with the negatives. But it is not two day ago two people were stabbed within 12 feet of my door. That means in the last two months. There has been this stabbing and one person shot and my car has broken into. You couldn't pay me to stay here.
