feel undafe, poorly maintained grounds and pools

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
There is too much traffic next door, possibly drug traffic. Noise all night from slamming doors and stomping up and down steps. Management and security are slow to take action.
The pool outside my unit is green with slime, very poorly maintained. Often garbage and debris spread all over parking areas, left there all weekend.
Maintenance is very slow to make repairs.
I am very dissapointed, was nicer when I moved in 1 year ago.
