Rent goes up every year byt atleast $ 60. You have so many cockroaches in your apartments that you will start going to Kitchen and eating home. They took one week to fix my bathroom and aparently I just had one bathroom apartment so you guys can understand how hard it is to manage but these people dont care. My neighbours were gud, I hardly go for walk in the community so I dont know much about drug stuff, all I know is that police comes here every week. Yeah the last thing, my car was almost stolen from here, as some one tried to break the window, to take out CD player, but now security wise they have become little better as they have hired some agency.
I will not suggest you to come here since you can find better apartment in same area which are even cheaper than mallard cove.
