I looked all over before I rented at Mallard Cove, I didnt want to make the same mistake I made before and pay alot of rent for nothing. My new apartment is so big and I get so much other stuff. I rented the clubhouse for my boyfriends birthday and all my friends were so amazed at how nice it was, they played pool and hung out by the lake. It was great, my apartment is by the back pool and then there are 2 more pools. The girl in the office even gave my daughter a raft to use at the pool, I was so surprised at how nice they were. I have only had 1 thing break and the maint guy fixed it right away. they keep everything claen and just washed all the building so it looks really nice. You have to look here before you spend a lot of money for a lot less. I love it and I just got $300 for telling my coworker about it..and she moved in.
