I have lived in Mallard Cove for 2 years now.. I can honestly say that this place has changed for the better. My rent is low... When I renewed they didnt go up in rent so much... My friend's rent went up by $100.00 that didnt happen to me. Not only that you pretty much get what you pay for... Some places you overpay and get nothing at all. At least here the apartments are nice, the people are nice and they really care about you. My A/c broke down, and the maintnance guy Kenny actually let me borrow his personal window unit until he could fix my a/c. He went out of his way to help me when he shouldnt have. I have read all of the other comments and to be honest I feel like they are the trouble makers because everyone in my building has not had any kind of complaints at all.

I live here at Mallard Cove. I go to work and I come home. That's it. I am not a trouble maker and I have TONS of issues with this complex. You must be talking about the tenants who are on good/friendly terms with maintenance and the ever changing office staff. They get everything they want with the snap of their fingers while people like me who pay their rent on time, stay quiet and don't cause trouble get the short end of the stick.

THATS TRU, IF YOU DONT MAKE A FUSS NOTHING HAPPENS, MAINTENANCE ISSUES GO FOR DAYS INTO WEEKS WITH OUT BEING ADDRESSED AND WHO KNOWS WHO THE MANAGER IS, CAUSE THEY BEEN THRU SO MANY THE DONT EVEN ANNOUNCE WHO IS TEMPORARILY TAKING THE VACANT SLOT
