DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!You will be VERY disappointed.I'm not theonly tenant that feels this.Every neighbor I've talked to haslots ofproblems with this complex. The mangement is rude and unprofessional. The grounds are constantly littered with debris that no one (tenants included) seems to care about. The pool by my building was closed for most of the summer and the main pool was always filthy (dirty diapers, beer bottles, cigarette butts, etc.) and the chairs were all broken. The laundry facilities don't work half of the time. I have lost a lot of money on poorly maintained washers and dryers. Don't bother to try and talk to anyone in the office, there's usually only one person working and if she's not already helping multiple people, she's chit-chatting in the back ignoring you. The water was out for 12hrs. once and 5 hrs. another time, and they don't have the courtesy to let you know what's going on. I lost power one night @ 8pm, called the "Emergency Line", left a message like I was prompted to... didn't hear back until noon the next day! I was unable to use my master shower for the first 4 days I lived there because there was a huge gaping crack that was going to cave in at any moment. I had told management immediately and took them 4 days to finally come down and fix it (it had already collapsed into the tub by this point). I took pictures and showed them to the "manager". All we got was a shrug and she said "And what am I looking at'" like she couldn't care less about our petty little problem. I have contacted the property owner/mangement and filed my complaint, I have yet to hear back from anyone. I could keep going, but I think I'vemade my point. Don't waste your hard earned money to live in what is basically no better than the ghetto.
