I found this site and read the bad reviews. You've got to be kidding me. I've been here for a few years. I've got a nice place for the price. There's nothing better around here. People I talk to seem to like it here. I'm glad the person's best friend is moving out if they drove "wasted" and double parked their car and left it unlocked. Not the kind of neighbors I want. They're probably getting thrown out and now they're writing bad stuff. For someone who wants a nice place, come visit. It's nice and these people are just complainers.

These people are "just complainers"? Oh please! I've lived here for almost 2 years and I can't wait until my lease is up to move. Yes, Mallard Cove is a nice place to live but the non-caring management ruins it. I've never lived somewhere where there's a new manager almost every season. I call these idiots (meaning the office staff) with a maintenance request and sometimes it takes 2-3 months to get results. I recently found out that when I was calling with maintenance requests, the office staff was not making any note of it which is why the maintenance people never came. How is that great customer service? Just because YOU have never had any problems that doesn't mean that no one else has!

Yeah, whoever posted this is scum of the earth with poor standards of living, because there is nothing healthy or good about this place.
