Mallard Cove... I have lived there for 7 years, the first 2 were great when Equity managend it, aftr that all down hill. the new management doesnt care about maintenace issues until you complain and complain to the actual manager of the complex. the walls are thin you get noise from your neighbors ( mine is in a band yippie) the final straw was after complaining about my maint not being done for the 3rd week a maint man came to my door and said "show me whats wrong cause i know i fixed evrything already" and then spent the next hour doing what he hadnt done. moving out as soon as the lease is up this year never looking back! o yeah they cut down most of the trees so the would have to keep a lawn/tree service now it looks like the projects.

Yeah, this place sucks... counting down the days until I'm out of this hellhole. People getting shot, 12 illegals across the hall in a 1-bedroom, and broken glass EVERYWHERE -- time to get out. I recommend that to everyone here.
