Hi we moved here from nh and this was one of the largest places we saw and it was the largest a vary good layout the rooms are huge and the 2 bathrooms are a decent size. we have one of the most upgraded apartments here at mallard cove no problems with any one just signed my third year lease. i love my apartment They let me paint it to my own taste as long as I prime it when I leave. overall i love my apartment now lets talk about the customer service it sucks I try to avoid them and have my husband do the work every time i have a work order they either loose it or forget to type it in the system. the workers suck they are lazy and most of the time that I do complain my behind of they'll come and do a half as job roaches and insects overall a constant problem im overly obsessed having pest control here that they are vary good with. another thing Im not use to well in nh it never happened to me is that if your not home maintainace people can just walk in the apartment I was taking a shower when I heard a mans voice in my apartment it freaked me out since their was a work order in may i add since a month ago they just walked in cuz no one answered the door. i called the office and no help with the matter i asked if the could leave a notice the day before their gonna go to my apartment or the guy leave a signed notice stating he was their and what he did they said no that would be to much work to many apartments. thats dumb in the place I used to live they use to do that so as long as your a handy person and dont mind doing it yourself for the price and size this is great but if you find something else go for it


oh and the pet policies says under 25lb but people have larger dogs and i hate the fact that people dont clean after their dogs poop everywhere I cant even let my toddler run around cuz im scared she'll step on poop it sucks when I have the means or at least know the area better Ill move out hopefully to a house

I also live in these apartments and agree that the size of the apartments are great!! Lot of room, but like they say size isn't everything..LOL.. I also agree that the management sucks!!! But have advice for those who are frustrated!!! Call the new owners of the complex, for those who have lived here for awhile will know that Mallard Cove has gotten bought by the Hayman Company!!! So with this info I tell you if there is something that you need done and these lazy ass people won't do it in a timely fashion give them a call. I know, I did an they showed up at my door in like five minutes. From now on I don't even call the management office anymore cause they all suck, I go straight to their boss!!! The only way to get results with this SPECIAL and I do mean special management team!!! ( if that is what you want to call it)
