Patchwork Apartments

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
 
This was a very nice community at one point. However, the managment has really let the place run down. They also expect the tenants to perform routine maintenance on their own apartment. Extremely poor A/C unit, and nearly impossible to get it repaired or replaced.
