I have had several problems with the office staff being in the office with the door locked and them not answering the phones. When I leave a message it takes DAYS for them to get back to me - if they return the call at all!! When I have a maintenance issue - they don't do anything about it until I have hounded them several times. The first time I saw the apartment I told them that the dishwasher was filled with grease and mold and also parts missing/broke. They desided that it just needed to be cleaned but even the maintenance man told me that it didn't need cleaning - it needed to be replace because of the "filth". I told had to fight for 2 months to get it replaced. There were other issues as well, but I won't go into all of them. I would suggest anyone looking to live here - DON'T!!! I have been living here for going on 3 months and already want to move!! IT IS HORRIBLE!!! And don't get me started on the BLACK MOLD growing on the ceiling!!!
