If anyone even has the slightest notion of moving here, please don't. These apartments are cheaply priced, that's because there cheaply built and run by a management company that is to cheap to pay quality employees. The only saving grace this place has is the Maintenance manager, who has way to much work for himself alone. Ive lived here for two years and like many others chose this apartment because I needed to move quickly and they had a special for the summer. Soon after that I knew why they had to do such a crazy special to get people in here. So lets go down the list of repairs needed to be done. A/C leaks into the water closet and has mold all over the wall, the sink in both the bathroom and kitchen leak underneath so as you cant put anything under to store. The ceiling in the bedroom leaked so bad that it finally fell, after not being fixed for almost a year. The porch door doesn't close because the frame is wet and swelled. Not to mention watch out when your outside no telling when a stray bullet will fly your way, the two years i Have been here, the police have been here thirty times. Now the area is not as bad as it used to be but it seems to be prominent in this apt. The office staff is horrible, most of the time there not even there. Calls don't get returned and They take two hour lunches. Not to mention one is addicted to cocaine, which I personally observed her buying from the wonderful next door neighbor. Please save yourself the trouble, unless you don't have a green card or your wanted, which here you would be more likely to get caught than anywhere!!lol. Don't move here, there's much better places in the area around the same prices.
