Marbella Lakes Apartments

 
I have lived here for 2 years and by accident saw these reviews. I like it here but have to move out of state for a job.
They offer great rates for the apartments, I had a good deal when I moved in and when it was time to renew my lease for the second year i got another great deal!
When you live in Orlando, you just have to watch what you leave in your car, there are people all over this city trying to get into your stuff, my friend lives in a more expensive area in Orlando and had her car twice broken into right infront of her apartment and they even have Security, she pays about twice as much rent than me. I never had a problem here, the apartments are not brand new, so a little wear and tear is expected, when there is a problem, maintenance is always available and get it fixed. The girls in the office are very nice and friendly and help out where they can.
I recommend this place, just be reasonable! If you want to live in Luxury Apartments, you have to pay a luxury price!!!!
