I moved here about 6 months ago from Philly due to a job transfer. I was looking for something close to my job at IKEA. I found Marbella Lakes and I was treated well by Stacy and Sabina over the phone with the all the phone calls I made to them before I came down from PA. When I arrived Stacy and Sabina made me feel right at home and welcomed!
I live in a 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment that faces the lake. It's great seeing ducks and sunshine compared to looking out at the gray skies of Philly!!
The maintenance guys were great when my AC went out last week! I reported it on my way to work in the morning, when I arrived home it was nice and cool, and they even shut off the light that I forgot to turn off in the kitchen!!! THANKS GUYS!!!
Just wanted to give the team proper KUDOS because they deserve it on a job well done in making me a happy resident!
