Marbella Lakes Apartments

 
So I moved here with my husband from up north and needless to say we did everything via internet. When I first moved here I was already scared being new to this big state but Stacey and Sabine were just amazing. I could brag about how great everyone at the community is. Since I have been here 16 months..I dont see new staff in and out and I like that because I am funny about who comes in my home and they respect that to the fullest. People are so quick to jump and talk about anything they can bad but never give a compliment where one is due. Listen...trust me from a consumers point of view...Marbella Lakes is a great place to call home. Short or long term. I didnt plan to renew because I wanted to be closer to my family in Maitland but the staff has made it so nice and homey its worth the commute. I just met our newest member to the leasing office Liza and she has an award winning smile and personality that kicks butt! I am excited to see where this place goes in the next few years. I know I will be here to experience it with them. Ohh and by the way the maintenance is on top of everything. The fact I can do everything online from paying bills to maintenance requests is so convenient. Austin, Carter, Rick, Liza and Stacey are just amazing...if you are in the neighborhood..I urge you to stop and meet them and take a tour of our gated community!
