Marbella Lakes Apartments

 
As a young adult, moving out on her own into the real world I was very excited about going to school and finally having my own place to call home. I was greeted by Stacy, a wonderful and extremely helpful woman and purchased an apartment. Everything seemed well, but as time progressed, I began to realize my situation. Not only am I stuck in a ghetto neighborhood with drug dealers and hookers. But my apartment has no working appliances and nothing has been done about it for 9 months! On numerous occasions my apartment has been "worked on" and there is still a giant hole in my wall from about a month ago, courtesu of our wonderful maitenece team. My bathroom vent was pouring water and I had to empty buckets of water out of my hallway, which destroyed my carpet and my dryer.And every apartment, clean or dirty, is infested with hundreds of roaches. About months ago there was a fire in our complex and the same week I had my apartment broken into and my tv stolen. Insurance was not put on my rent when I asked and still to this day is not on my rent payment. This neighborhood has unfortunately set standards lower than I thought were possible and I could not have picked a worse spot to live other than timberskins... I thank our old manager Stacy, thats it. Our new manager is not at all helpful nor does she follow procedures of apartment living. I am extremely sorry to say this is where I have called home for the past year and I will be moving out as soon as I possibly can.

It is our policy to have each apartment repaired and cleaned after a tenant moves out and prior to each new tenantâ??s move-in date. If your apartment was not in rent ready condition nor cleaned properly, we would have happily resolved these issues upon your move in had they been brought to our attention with a work order (or had a worker order been placed). The best way to expedite any interior or exterior service request is to submit a formal work order; which can be conveniently made through our Resident Portal via the IMT Residential website at http://www.imtresidential.com/residentportal. There, you can submit and check the status of any service request. We strive to provide proficient maintenance services to our residents in a timely fashion, and we sincerely apologize that your apartmentâ??s condition didnâ??t exceed our standard of excellence.
