Whoever wrote this is clearly a member of the management staff because no normal resident could possibly have written a positive comment about this God awful place. Let's forget about the surrounding area, which I am sure we all agree is terrible. The roach infestation is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had roaches in any apartment that I have stayed in before. I thought that keeping all my food in the refrigerator (Including non perishables) would resolve the problem, but there are even roaches in there! I was cleaning mine out the other day and saw about 100 baby roaches under the crisper drawers. I spray my kitchen counters down regularly with a bleach and water solution and it still does not help. I have to rewash my dishes before I can even eat off of them because the roaches leave fecal matter behind on everything. And they are not confined to the kitchen. They are even in my bed! I have actually had them crawl on me at night! And I am not the only tenant with this issue. I have spoken with other tenants in my building and some of them are even worse off. The fact that people even break their leases to get out says a lot about Marbella Lakes. There is black mold where there was some kind of pipe leakage from behind the walls and the maintenance person politely advised us to paint over it with Kilz primer, even though the wall clearly shows buckling at the bottom. The only decent thing about this place would be the neighbors and I am sure that will change as this property steadily declines in upkeep. Save yourself a huge headache and DON'T MOVE HERE.

I have lived at Marbella Lakes for 3 years and yeah every now and the a bug made its way thru my livingroom ( this is florida and to be expected), but as a well informed resident I know that pestcontroll is includet in the rent and I never had a problem with scheduling for them to spray! I have to say that in the time that I have been residing here it seems that management is doing their best to keep this place up. I personly feel that this is one of the better places to live in this area, never I have witnessd any criminal activity here and feel safe, the gates work and if something is wrong with it, they are fixed in no time! So if you expect luxury living, you have to pay luxury $$$!
