New management definitely trying to improve things.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I also understand the frustration of a building fire alarm during the night. The repair co. has been out four times to fix it. The new management has really tried to resolve any problems that have come up with the apt. Yes, I did renew my lease. I find if I smile and am friendly others always respond in a friendly way.
