CRIME, CRIME, CRIME! Apartments are nice--walls are a little thin, floors creak, appliances are old. Too dark at night, no security, gates are useless. DO NOT MOVE HERE--PROBABLY WILL GO CONDO. RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR THE AMOUNT OF CRIME. STAFF IS NICE BUT CRIME IS TOOOOOOOO HIGH. IF YOU ARE A SINGLE FEMALE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I AM MOVING ASAP!!!

Regarding the violent rape that occurred here several days ago, and reading all of the other reviews listed for this apartment, I am totally shocked and saddened. Apparently the management has NO regard for the residents' safety, and the lack of security is obscene. As a woman who is looking at apartments in this area, I am VERY discouraged. Where will I find a place that is affordable and SAFE????? My dream of working for Disney may be ruined by lack of safe housing.

Your dream of working for disney isn't going to happen because you'll never make enough money to live within 30 miles of Disney without 4-5 room mates, or a husband that makes at least 60k a year.
