I loved living here until the crime began to get out of control. I witnessed the murder of my neighbor, Noel Heimburg, in February and there was a rape in our complex two months later. Despite a crime watch meeting (that only about 15 people showed up at) the management refuses to beef up the security at our complex, claiming there is no money budgeted for it. Well, if there's no money to keep me and others safe, eventually there will be no money coming into the owners when we all leave.
