Well....where do i start.....one i do have to say that my fiance and i love our apartment and going to the pool here which we think is absolutly gorgeous. It's always quiet and we've never had any problems with the neighbors. everyone is really nice. our rent has gone up A LOT.... now for the real bad info on marina landing.....we moved here from ny not really knowing much about the area and heard metro west was a good place to live. today we recieved our THIRD letter on our door about a crime that has occurred in our complex!! shocker right'' a woman was robbed at gun point last night! well i just started to feel safe again walking my dog, now im about ready to terminate my lease. WE JUST renewed our lease b/c we do like it here and crime happens everywhere...but this is just way too much! i really hate to talk badly about it here b/c it is not their fault that we have so much crime moving in this area, but its just really scary living here and that is not the way we want to live. so i suggest anyone who feels the same....you may want to think twice about moving here.
