I loved marina landing when I first moved in. Then my neighbors started getting loud and nothing was ever done about it. They got several warnings and even security visits, but still turned their music up every evening. The next thing that happened was all the crime in the complex and the security gates not being secure. Oh and before the crimes happened assigned parking spots were taken away making a free-for-all parking nightmare. I couldn't even park close to my own apartment and was afraid to walk by myself in the dark. I had a horrible experience living in Marina Landing and I would not tell anyone to move there.
