Been here a while. My next door neoghbors were just robbed last week - in broad daylight near lunchtime. The items they stole required the use of a vehicle to transport.

The front gate entrance was wide open all day and still is. The gate malfunctions very often. You would think that by now they would have this issue resolved. Instead of investing into a better gate or a fence, they cut the security guards hours down to save a few dollars.

After the robbery, the police were certain they could catch the 2 criminals by watching the security tapes of the front gate. They were disgusted to find that Marina Landing does not tape vehiles coming and going. The policeman told my husband that that a camera should have been installed 2 years ago after a murder here but there is no way to force them to do so.

If you are concerned about security then think again about renting here. Because they certainly aren't.
