Marina Landing is painting and sprucing up. Too bad, that's all it is. Appearance is not everything.

The management and security need ABC's Extreme Makeover crew. The management here can be nasty so watch your step. You had better document everything that happens because you will be hosed and mistreated if they have the chance. Security' PLEASE!!! It's a joke. The gate is broken half the time. Even when it does work anyone can drive in or out without much trouble. They hired a security guard who rides around in a golf cart and talks to the residents more than anything. He watches the gate for cars trying to get in the rest of the time. If it's cold or raining, you won't see him. The rapes and murders are well documented here. I recently moved from here and the security light behind my apartment never worked once. You half to call the office constantly to keep the hallway lights on. The parking is horrendous. No one here wants to go anywhere because when u leave at night you half to walk 200 yards to get to your apartment.

Judging by the new tenants that are moving into this place, you had better watch your back. Hmmm, sounds like a common theme.

While this reviewer is obviously unhappy with Marina Landing and has posted many complaints, they are right about Marina Landing's total and complete lack of care for safety! Just recently, (July 2007) the Marina Landing management decided they wanted to save money. So what did they do? They actually had the gall to cut the security guard's hours! Just because there hasn't been a murder here in 17 months doesn't mean Metro West has just gotten safe. Cutting security hours to save a few bucks shows that the management just doesn't care about security or they are just plain very stupid. Which one? Take your pick. You can easily verify the cut in security hours for yourself. My husband and I have decided not to renew in December even though we like the area. It's just too dangerous and is now even worse.

Yeah i haved lived there before they are very careless for there secuity plan it is very rood of them to do that in consiterasen to the residents

Absolutely! The Management is poorly skilled and lack good customer service...the security hours have been cut again. It is obvious that the Owners of Marina and the Management could care less about the safety, well being of their residence hence, this is why the GOOD tenants continue to leave!
